The IT-Business Alignment Audit is a fixed-scope engagement of about three to four weeks, from kickoff to the executive presentation.
What access do you need to our systems?
Read-only access wherever possible — source repositories, CI/CD, cloud console, monitoring, and recent cost reports. An access log records every touchpoint.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. A signed NDA is in place before any access to technical materials, and data is held in encrypted storage for the agreed period only.
Who actually performs the audit?
