2. What data we collect

We process the personal data you provide directly through our forms and contact channels, and technical data generated through your use of the website.

  • Identification and contact data you submit when you contact us, apply to one of our programs, or request a consultation: typically your name, email address, company, and the content of your message.
  • Booking data required to manage a scheduled call.
  • Technical and usage data generated when you browse the site, collected with your consent through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — for example device, browser, pages viewed, and interaction patterns. Microsoft Clarity may record anonymised session interactions; form input fields are masked and not captured.

We do not request or knowingly process special categories of data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the service you request — on the basis of your request and the steps taken prior to or within a business relationship.
  • To manage program applications and scheduled consultations — on the basis of the steps taken at your request.
  • To measure and improve website performance through analytics — on the basis of your consent, given through the cookie banner.
  • To send you marketing communications about our products, services, and events — on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time, and where you decline it we will not send you marketing material.

4. Data retention

We retain the data you provide for the duration of the commercial relationship, or for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations and to address any responsibilities that may arise from the purpose for which the data were collected.

Where you contact us as a prospective client without an established relationship, we retain your data until you request that we cease processing it.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell personal data, and we do not transfer it to third parties except where there is a legal obligation to do so. We rely on service providers that process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements, solely to operate the website and deliver our services. Current providers include:

  • Sanity — content management.
  • Fillout — form handling.
  • Attio — contact and relationship management.
  • Our email provider — handling correspondence sent to info@teleportdynamix.ai.
  • CookieYes — cookie consent management.
  • Google (Google Analytics 4) — website analytics, loaded only after analytics consent.
  • Microsoft Clarity — usage analytics and session insight, loaded only after analytics consent, with form-input masking.

Where required for our tax and accounting obligations, supplier data may be shared with the Spanish Tax Administration Agency and our accounting service.

6. International data transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as required by the GDPR.
