- Domain expertise in hospitality. We co-build with operators who lived the problem.
- Full-time commitment, or part-time commitment that converts to full-time post-validation.
- Founder cash contribution: $25,000 minimum for operating capital (customer discovery, GTM tests, legal, runway) plus $30–50,000 cost-share for MVP build, depending on tier. Total founder cash-in: $55,000–75,000.
- Honest belief in the thesis.
