TIME COMMITMENT
Tier A: you go full-time at kickoff. Tier B: you commit to convert full-time by end of Stage 2 customer interviews. We don't co-build with founders who plan to stay part-time indefinitely.
OPEN TO DISCIPLINE
You're willing to do 50+ structured customer interviews before any code is written. You can hear "your thesis is wrong" without ego damage and adjust.

How we decide together.
Discovery call. Founder application. Discovery interviews. Two stage-gates before any equity is signed.

Discovery call
A founder-led conversation. We learn what you're building, what you've validated, what capital you have, and where you are operationally. You learn what TDX is, how the studio model works, and whether we're a credible partner for your specific thesis. No commitment either way.

Founder application
Structured form covering thesis, validation done to date, capital position, time commitment, technical co-founder status. Honest answers matter more than polished ones. We read every submission.

Discovery interviews
Two structured grooming sessions over 1–2 weeks. You bring operational reality; we bring product and engineering thinking. By the end, both sides know whether the thesis can survive a pressure test — and whether we want to work together for the next four months.

Formal engagement
Equity terms signed per ladder (see equity model →). MVP cost-share deposited. Operating capital deposited. Kickoff session scheduled. From this point we're partners with equity at risk on both sides.

WANT A DEV TEAM?
Look for an outsourced engineering partner.
Established hospitality-software engineering shops in Europe and North America do excellent work on fixed-spec engagements. If you have a validated thesis and just need execution, that's the right model. We can point you to firms we trust — reach out via a discovery call.
OUTSIDE HOSPITALITY?
Look for vertical-specific studios.
Studios working in fintech, biotech, climate, edtech, and other verticals have deeper operator networks in those spaces than we do. We'd rather send you somewhere better-fit than have you spend four months with us learning a vertical we don't operate in.
